alarm

i'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY 99 MKIV JETTA THE DOORS LOCK AT 15MPH BUT NEVER UNLOCK. I'M ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS TURNING MY ALARM ON WITHOUT THE KEY FOB. I ORDERED A NEW KEY FOB BUT TO PROGRAM IT THE ALARM NEEDS TO BE ON. ALL GOOGLE TELLS YOU IS HOW TO TURN OFF WITHOUT THE FOB, NOT ON?

So for the past several months when locking the door either with the key fab or actually turning the key in the door the left blinker stays on, which then requires me to disconnect the battery so my car isn't dead when i return. Not sure where to begin, i tried replacing some of the wires...
