Did you change the brake light bulbs? There dual filament bulbs may have burned out one of them

'12 Running Brake Lights
Changed my license plate lights to LED and blew the fuse while i was at it. Replaced the license plate fuse and now only 1 of the license plate light is on, the left one is off, tried a few bulbs.
Also now my running brake lights are off now, the brake lights and blinkers work when used, but the brake lights that come on when u drive without braking are no longer on. any idea on where that fuse is? or what could of possibly happened
