Hello I am having trouble with my turbo. I think. The dealer was no help they just want to through a new turbo at it and I know that's not the issue. Anyway I have a 2000 1.8t GLS. As I reach around 3200 rpm the turbo dumps. I can actually hear the stock DV dump. Then the turbo will not come back till I let off the throttle for a few secs. I thinking its a turbo controller issue or a throttle position sensor. Either way Its got the best of me. This is an intermittent problem though it happens more often than not. Has anyone gone though this? Any suggestions?
