Hit something and cracked the oil pan. I assume that the oil pressure switch made the car beep 3 times and shut down as the oil level went down. Hauled the car home, replaced the oil pan, pressure switch and car just cranks. Replaced the M109 relay, Crank position sensor, checked injectors and had fuel, checked the timing, checked compression and ran the VAGCOM system diagnostics with no codes or issues. Car still won't start. Any ideas before it goes to the bone yard?

Diesel is compression ignition, hence no spark plugs. If fuel is getting into the
cylinders, it will start. You can have fuel at the injectors, but if they don't
open, you don't get fuel into the chambers.

Did you disconnect and reconnect the battery at all? If not try that.

The oil light will flash and you'll get beeping again when the car keeps cranking
but won't start.

This is a common issue, and no definitive answers.

From the area that got hit when you hit the oil pan. Have you searched around to make sure nothing broken, stretched, anything on top of the motor hit anything when you hit it from below?
