2002 1.8t gls jetta hard to start

Hi. My 2002 Jetta 1.8t is experiencing hard to start, takes 2-7 turns of the ignition before it struggles to start. It also has a hard time accelerating from a stop and in each gear as well. I have a manual trans. I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, cam position sensor, cleaned the AMF, checked all the fuses. Almost at wits ends. Any advice will help.
