2011 Jetta TDI Highline - Stereo Screen won't turn on when car starts

The screen won't turn on in my Jetta 2011 Highline. The screen is a touch screen and also has navigation. Usually, when I start the car, the screen starts up right away. It turns on for a tenth of a second every 15 seconds or so.

Any ideas?
