2103 Driver Seat replacement

Driver side seat is beginning to tear in multiple places. Has anyone replaced the entire seat or used a cover to rectify the issue? Thoughts?

Another option would be to hire a car upholsterer to replace the torn section(s) of your seat. Cost would be in the $100s of dollars versus $1000s of dollars if you replaced the whole seat. Check on Craigslist or googlemaps for a recommendation.
