Hey guys I'm new and will post my intro thread soon but I have a quick question. I am looking to buy another Jetta and I saw an offer for a 94 Jetta. The seller said that it was great minus an ignition problem. He said "there's something wrong with the ignition or computer. Someone tampered with the radio and because the batter cables weren't undone it seems to have damaged the ignition."
I'm thinking it might be a simple short somewhere and I could pick up a nice jetta at a steal. Anyone else with more knowledge and insight into what he could be referring to?
