yea, thats def not factory. Your best bet is to search a junkyard for a matching set, or put a wtb add on www.wvortex.com. I know some people on there had the same problem and a few guys had matching sets. The dealer will charge you an arm and a leg, and there is a vw specific tool you need to change out the ignition
97 Jetta Keys dont match
Hey everyone, im new to this board just signed up today.
I recently bought a 97 jetta glx vr6 and it came with 2 keys
one for ignition, one for doors. Whats my best bet for getting official vw matching keys? Or maybe even just matching keys minus the 'official'.
