Sorry everyone. Just figured out the problem with the avatars. And increased everyone's permissions. You can now upload an avatar up to 150x150 pixels and 100k. Also increased sig permissions, and a bunch more stuff.

not me. I still cant upload avatars. On the edit avatar page for me it has a checked box that says "do not use avatar" and wont allow me to uncheck it. No biggie.
