who knows whats involved in upgrading the brakes (factory parts) on a 87 jetta?
Later hubs from a A3, or a GLI with 10.1" brakes. Griling 54 calipers from same. Corrado caliper carriers and disk. Works great.
The downside is all the extra weight, especially if you use the Girling 60's. 10.1's work juuuust fine with decent pads, like EBC Greenstuff.
The other thing that annoys me about the dual pots is they don't line up correctly with the swept area for the big brake swap.
