well my first vw was my first car that my dad had bought me, a 91 alpine white jetta. after tons of vws I decided to go back to my roots in a sort of way, I wanted to dedicate this project to my dad who passed when I was in Afghanistan...so basically this will be the last vw I get really into with mods as I started with a mk2 and will end with a mk2... this is my second attempt as well as I had already bought what I needed but life happens so I had to sell everything but once things straightened out my second car popped up and I got it, almost like the devine powers at work lol

yea man im out of that world now lol ... ive owned 5 mk4's and im done, eventually the mk6 will get a little personalization but for now I got the mk2 gli and my cobra to focus on...

some small updates, motor is hung.. now to tackle some bad wiring from previous swap....


someone clearly didn't think things thru before... now I know where the draw was coming from...

not real happy with how front end looks so.....

got me some gti 16v wide flares and matching fenders along with new front clip

also scored a scorpion old school cat back setup cheap

gotta polo steering wheel and mk6 shift knob and some wheels to refinish

upgrading the headlamps on the westy
