Engine mount disconnected/downpipe snapped

Engine mount that goes into the crossmember... both bolts snapped, engine fell a little and caused the down pipe to snap. So i have a loud jetta with no engine mount.

What size are those 2 bolts that tie the engine mount to the crossmember? I don't want to order from VW. I wanna just grab some at a local shop.

Also, how would I get snapped bolts out of the crossmember?
