Please give Wolfen and our Moderators the respect they deserve for keeping our boards organized and keeping the peace. In order to make this community a great place for everyone, I've come up with a few rules and guidelines members and guests need to follow. Violation of these rules will earn you an infraction, your post deleted or your account banned, depending on the severity of the situation.
  • Anything that is not considered to be "Rated G" should not be posted in the Forum. Posting inappropriate material anywhere else will earn you several infractions and a possible ban. There are many members here who access this site from work and have their content monitored. I will not allow them to be put at jeopardy because someone posts inappropriate material. i.e. porn, sexual innuendos, etc. Posting profanity that is intentionally made to override the censor will get you an infraction or banned. Normal profanity caught be the censor system that a user can choose to see, is okay. Default on all accounts is profanity is censored.
  • SEARCH BEFORE POSTING Please be courteous and search before you start a new topic that has been talked about and solved. We love to have new Topics, but don't beat a dead horse. Just Search First, Use Common Sense and keep threads relative. If the most relative thread is about general intakes, and you want to make a topic about installation of an intake then we want you to.
  • No Flaming under any condition, this will earn you an infraction at the least, and possible banning. We welcome Discussion and Debates but acting like an 8 year old will get you banned. No trolling, Personal Attacks, Insults, etc.
  • No Racial Slurs, Comments, Innuendos or Inappropriate Comments about another race will be tolerated and can result in a ban. I understand that sometimes things are said but not meant that way. So we will take this on a case by case situation. If you are not banned the first time, and it happens again, you will automatically be banned forever. I will not tolerate racism on this board.
  • No Sexual innuendos or Inappropriate Comments toward the Ladies of this forum. If the victim wants you to go, you will be banned with no mercy. If they do not want you banned, you will receive an infraction anyway. The Ladies on JettaJunkie have as much right as anyone else to be here.

I just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I am 2003JettaLady and it's nice to find other Jetta owners that I may ask for help in any mechanical issues I have on my 2003 Jetta wagon. I help work on my Jetta with my Hubby, so I'm not one of those women that are afraid to get oil and grease under my freshly manicured nails. I believe that if the car belongs to you then you need to get in there and get dirty and fix it.
In reading your rules for the forum I did notice a small typo error in the rule on No Racial Slurs, ETC. I believe you are missing the word Will "NOT" be tolerated and can result in a ban.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
