So I've come here for all of you to help me fix my ignition problem...

Basically the car has been turned off, but I still get the car is on sound(yes that's technical) and my aftermarket radio is still on which normally turns off. Now I've got a temporary fix, but it's not 100%.. Basically I'm jamming a roofing nail between the steering column and the ignition connection. So I'm 95% sure it's the connection, but I can't get in there enough to figure it out... Any ideas?

Thanks!

Ignition switch

I just had my ignition switch replaced in my 93GL. What i did is just bought the switch and went to a Euro Auto Mech to install it. I started to do it my self just not worth it. There are two ways you can take the steering wheel off and access the ignition or if you google it you will find a good description with pictures to do it with out removing just the steering wheel and by removing the whole coulmn.

Cost me $100 for both the part and the mech to install well worth it.
