Hey everyone,

Last night i was adjusting my headlights on my 2002 Jetta GLS and i was moving the driver-side headlight up with the little white adjustment screw (thats connected with the white gear). All was going well until... POP! Then the headlight just shot down and pointed at the ground. I tried to screw in the adjustment screw the other way, and i just tried to continue to screw it in the normal way, and nothing. Now i have a bum headlight that points at the ground... Not good.

Is there anything i can do to fix it? Im gunna take the headlight completely off today and maybe see if i can get in the gearbox of the thing to fix whatever popped.
Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated!

Ok im new to this site and my gf has a 2002 vw jetta and her lights arnt even close to being pointed on the road. I drive a chevy truck and its normally just the adjusting knobs and then you can turn them and fix the lights. I tried to do that with her lights last night and they wouldnt even move. Then the passenger side one went POP and now it points at the ground right infront of the car. Its terrible! how do I fix this??????? please help
