Injectors would be completely pointless unless u have the ignition system to back them up and u also need a fuel pressure regulator but to add that to a stock car would be pretty much completely pointless in theory.

^ That backs up my moving into forced induction theory :)
Pulleys will actually make a big difference for the price which is like 40-50 dollars a pulley....... I would usggest that as a starter too!
any sites that are good for performance for these tdi's??
yea defintly not right now its gonna be my gf's. and she does not need that much powerat all.but i want something to play with cause i drive a f100 lifted so yea
I think an intake and a chip would perk it up just right for you. There is sooo much you can do to your engine/car. The best feature of the TDI engine is all the torque you get. That makes for a fun motoring experience with the right setup.
go to tdiclub.com, you will find pages of info on TDI performance upgrades.
once again KWIK beat me to it haha. Check the Club. AND nozzles and a chip are a great first step.

The chip alone will get you about 35 horse and almost 50 ft lbs and the nozzles will provide a nice jump as well. Look into the PP520s or Sprint 520s.

The nozzles are great additions and especially when combined with a chip. There are tons of possible upgrades. From what I've read on the forums, intakes and such aren't as effective on the TDIs as they are on gas cars ( don't rip me apart for saying that, I agree with as much air as possible). but if you're looking for power go with nozzles, chip, turbo, and eventually a heavier clutch. Maybe a Sachs VR6 clutch depending how far you take the modding. Just how much power are you looking for?

On a side note, you won't your MPG doing any of this. Sure the nozzles will increase the fuel flow but only when you call on it. You will maintain your current MPG and it might actually increase with a tune, and you will only burn more fuel when you stomp on it. MPG is a function of how you drive.

chip and injectors will mak ea huge difference in power, but it wont hurt your mpg
The only reason i can think of to replace injectors is if they are broken or you are putting bigger ones in for power purposes. Since we are talking about mods, i assume the second is the case. Bigger injectors damage mpg, so i'd avoid that til everything else is done.

Mainly, bigger injectors allows for more fuel consumption , even though the driver to car interface doesn't change.

Bigger injectors will not damage the MPG unless you change the way you drive the car in such a way that you're calling for more fuel. If you drive sensibly and get chipped with bigger injectors your MPG can actually go up BUT you have more power when needed and that's when you burn more fuel than you would have with stock injectors. Check the club, you will get your answer there.
