How to take apart center console?

I have a 03 Jetta 5 speed and the gap between the sides and top, and also under the shift boot is filthy, and need to get to it to clean it, how do i take it all apart?

This website shows you how to take off everything in the interior of your car. Just follow the instructions on the part you need to take out. Theres lots of pics and should help out alot.
