Hey fellow VW fans,
When I turn the steering wheel there are slight vibrations and a hum. Is my power steering going out? What do you think? I still love the car

Honestly I'm not trying to be Captain obvious or insult your intelligence. Have you checked your steering fluid level?

And is there any play in your steering wheel?

I took the car into a shop here in Austin Called Austin VeeDub. Got an oil change, fluid check and fill, as well as an inspection. I'll check on it though. I'll just have to find where it is. No worries, im a VW noob, and my last car didn't have power steering.
