It's hard to maintain to say the least. And being in NJ, it's like taking my life in my own hands every time.

I've done it with my Saturn Ion which I traded in just last week for my Jetta. It definitely makes a difference in fuel economy. I just started doing this yesterday in my new car to see what kind of difference it makes in the Jetta. It helps save money, but it's a real drag to drive this slow and other motorists want to shoot my tires out too. :tickedoff:
