its nothing that im too worried about but.. when i get off a highway exit and im sitting at a stop light for some period of time my idle drops and it seems my car wants to die for a split second then the idle shoots back up to near 1k then levels out.. anyone else have this issue? or does anyone know any thing that could cause this? i'm a mechanic for a living and i just don't want to spend a couple hours troubleshooting this...just want it fixed...

it happens, its probably the ecu trying to get the engine to run back to normal after having to work so hard on the highway.

throttle body is clean, did a upper cylinder and gas treatment a while back, but was doing this before. the maf is clean too. so far the only thing i can think of is that the emu is trying to re-establish its proper idle after a long drive cycle. if thats true than i have no way to fix said problem. at this point its just an annoying little quirk that makes our jettas who they are.
