Why just the rear? Why not the fronts as well where most of the braking is

Under daily conditions our vehicles have a rear brake bias to prevent nose dive. That's why our vehicles eat up rear pads faster. If he's just starting out with mods it will be less expensive and more functional, but if he has the money, might as well do all four.
