Hello, just got my first vw im a college student in florida i really enjoy my new vw its a 2002 jetta gls 2.0 5-speed runs great the only problem is when i give it to much gas it kinda putters. ive brought it to autozone they gave me a dummy diagnostic test pretty much i have 8 trouble shoot keys which would be, p1296 cooling system malfunction and the other 7 are pretty much all the same problem which are p0301 cylinder 1 misfire condition, p0201 injector circuit open -cylinder 1, p0302 cylinder 2 misfire condition, injector circuit open- cylinder 2, p0203 injector circuit open- cylinder 3,p0204 injector circuit open- cylinder 4, p0300 random cylinder misfire detected. this is all auto zone diagnostic so its not very specfic whats wrong, but it seems that one thing is making all this happen. like i said the car drives fine till you give it to much gas. im bringing it to foreign mechanic monday to get a specfic problem reading. but thats where i stand with my jetta. if anyone could make any suggestions to save me money or time that be awsome but no worries. also another thing is that i really want to take good care of my jetta and put upgrades on it such as maybe racing lowered suspension, racing exaust to give it a louder appeal such as rice burner people would call it. i want to sport it out in the near future but first things first i need to fix this emmision problem or whatever all these problems are. id love to make some friends on these forumms to guide me in the right direction with my jetta thanks guys
