Keyless Entry Programming.

To start, I'd like to say that I have tried a number of word combinations, and read a few hours worth of threads on the forums here and on Vortex.

Alright, I've got a 99.5 Jetta with the Oval "HAA" style key, and only one of them. I can start the car with it, lock and unlock from driver's door and boot lid. But I'd like to get the keyless entry portion working again. Now I do also have an aftermarket stereo deck in my Jetta.

I've seen this and this, I haven't had a chance to try them yet but I wanted to know if anyone can add any validity to these theories for getting the keyless entry working.

Other than that I am at a loss, and yes I've changed the batteries..
