Hi there everyone, I'm new here obviously. So let me start by saying i replaced all pads front and rear. Anyway I've been attempting to adjust the parking brake cables because I noticed it has been hanging up. So I took the center console apart to get to the nut and noticed that my driver side cable was 1/4 inch tighter than the passenger side. I'm at a loss. Any input would be great its an 07 jetta 2.5

The cable is stretched and you'll have to replace it, there cheap enough that you ca. Do both sides
