Well, the motor produces 180hp at the crank stock. So CAI, exhaust, engines breathing better. Front and side skirts blah blah. (shoulda took some pictures!) Not too bad of mileage but the dealer should know when these were installed. bigger brakes are good. Wheels and tires good depending the combo. You will kno if the turbo isnt stock. and the turbo is wrapped your saying? Anyways the car should be making close to 200-205hp maybe in the motor. Probably a bit more if aftermarket turbo.

First off i know nothing about VW's, but i found one today that i like and am thinking about but being that i dont know anything about them i am looking to you esteemed folks to help me out.
The car- 2001 jetta 1.8t, fmic,cai,exhaust, front and side skirts kit, 103000 miles, nice big brakes, new wheels and tires, could be an upgraded turbo but i cant tell cuz of the position and its wrapped. sorry if this is vauge but this is just what i could see and the dealer knew even less than i did, good thing they are doing their jobs

the turbo was wrapped in that aluminum looking heat wrap. from what i could see.
The dealer didnt know a thing, they said they traded it straight for a dodge truck. thats it. i was looking and was like "oh look a front mount" and the guy was like "a what?"
the car looks almost exactly like this on the outside just different rims, and the bottom kit had grill inserts, not like this one.
