new to jetta junkie...hi

i baught my 94 mkIII in october and im happy with it except that its a bit slow, i want to do some head mods, mabe a cam and deftinately a turbo setup eventually, anyone kno of a company who does the heads on the 8v engines or where i can get a good turbo kit? thanks
