Rear Passenger Side of Car Lowered?

Hi there!

I have a suspension issue on an 03 Jetta. The rear passenger side of my car is significantly lower than any other side/the other three wheels. So much so that at most angles you can tell the car is sitting lob sided. I haven't gotten a chance to crawl underneath yet (work on weekends), but I was hoping someone might have some ideas as to what the issue is!

I'm wondering if part of my spring snapped or something.

(sorry that its dark, noticed in my work parking lot. You can easily see it's sitting way lower than it should though)!

Any ideas are appreciated, thanks :)

Broken springs are very common especially at the bottom in the last coil. I would recommend that you replace them in pairs and check that the shocks are ok at the same time. I used the non broken spring as a guide as to where to position spring as broken one had moved

Am a fan of bilstein myself but that is just me... not sure about your jetta but on my audi there were about 10 options all based on paint on springs. ..when you are under the car see if you can find any marks, they will be coloured dots ie one blue and three yellow dots... you may need this when ordering. The dots refer to spring rates or how soft/hard your ride is
