Can anyone tell what this means.

check the vacuum lines first and foremost. Check to see if they're frayed, loose, cracked, whatever. Doing this, you stand to save a HUGE load of money.
Check to see if your Sec. air pump is working, or if the relay has gone bad. Another POSSIBLE (but somewhat unlikely) cause is the combi-valve.
