Well I have a '92 Jetta GL and the starter isn't sounding normal on turnover. Not sure if the timing is off a tooth, if it's adjustable, or maybe it's just the starter.

It's not like normal, turn they key almost immediate start up. Mine is like struggling to turnover and makes a slow winding noise. It's not battery (Brand New) and not the alternator, New/Used........

Any suggestions????

Thought so..... but i can't get it off lol...... my dad is 270 LBS big boy and can't turn the bottom bold without the wrnch bending first....... time for the hex rench tip and the torqe bar
