Suspension problems with H&R Coilovers

We just swapped vehicles in our family and i ended up with a 01 GLS TDI. The car has enkei rims, toyo eclipse tires, and H&R rss coilovers already on it. Yesterday (being my first day with the car) I took it to les schwab to get the COMPLETELY facked alignment sorted out. After he was finished the guy who was working on it said that he could not fix the tow in the rear end because the car is lowered and thus . Im going to take the car to another location and get a second opinion but I also want the input of people who are not going to be making money off me. Thanks!!!
