AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Volkswagen of America, Inc. President and CEO, Stefan Jacoby, today announced the appointment of Matthias Seidl as Director/ Customer Care, effective January 1, 2008. In this new role, Seidl will direct all United States customer care center initiatives for the Volkswagen Group and will report directly to President and CEO Jacoby.
