I am trying to figure out which is better. Internal or external? I thinking about getting the GT3076R turbo and trying to figure out which type of wastegate i should get. If there is anyone that can help please feel free to do so.

they both pretty much work the same, but its easier to control your boost with an external, and it sounds a lot better. If you need anymore info just ask, as i have boosted a few vw's
