2002 Jetta. Windshield wipers won't turn off. All positions work except for off. Please help! What is typically the issue? Should I start by replacing the relay? This is my young son's car and I've instructed him to remove the wiper fuse whenever it's dry outside and wipers aren't needed. We live in Oregon however, and this is very annoying!
