anyone have any thoughts/opinions on the '08 Jetta Wolfsburg edition? trying to decide between that and a 2.5 SE (would get either with 5 spd). i've read about some issues with the 2.0t, but has VW addressed these issues on the latest versions?

Well..... 2.5 aren't bad, but even a VW 1.8T would smoke it..... and for the wolfsburg, Im def not a fan of that edition...... Look on our VW News section and see if anything has been addressed and look on JettaOC.co.uk, or VWVortex.com

I just got my Wolfsburg and love it. As far as I know all kinks have been worked out? Does anyone know of the best boost controller to use?

I just bought a Wolfsburg a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!!! I am glad that I picked it over the 2.5.

The nissan sentra SE-R 2.5 is a nasty ride......... But doesn't beat the quality of a V-DUB........ Im glad your excited about your whip.... keep it updated..

ended up ordering the Wolfie with 6 spd. manual back in April. expected to arrive on July 2nd. can't get here soon enough - sold my vehicle and had been driving a POS PT Cruiser rental, until I discovered that the A/C didn't work. So now I'm stuck with a POS Kia Sorento. cost me $75 to fill up the damn thing last night!
