I am new to VW because of the Toyota Truck frame recall. I am really gonna miss the ole girl. She had 215,000 miles on her and still as dependable as day one, but the frame was gone, literally. I can't complain, since I paid $6000 for her two years ago from a buddy of mine, put about 40,000 miles on her, and Toyota bought her off me for $11,250. I put that money on the 2005.5 Jetta that is deffinatley easing my pain. I am going to miss having the truck, but I am truley warming up to the Jetta ( the heated seats help in that category) What a sweet ride. I am glad I found this forum. I was on another VW forum and I had asked a couple questions and had a couple hundered views, but no replies, WTF? I am familiar with others like the BMW motorcycle forums and know if you get the right one it can be an invaluble resource.

Not real sure, it has sunroof, dual climate zone , and leather. What trim level would that be? It does not have the navigation or the steering wheel controls.
The dealer has made good so far on the dent removal stuff. I swear it is just magic what those guys can do out in your parking lot at work. I take in tomorrow to get the rest of the "punch list" items taken care of. Piant touch ups, replace a couple different molding pieces, fix the rear seat arm rest - trunk pass through thingy, and a couple other minor things. Then I'll be satisfied with the 112 point precertified inspection.
