Is it unheard of for an mk4 or vw for that matter to run motegis on their cars? they seem like a good brand but Im not sure if they have the euro style.. Are there Do's and Don'ts for wheel brands when owning an mk4?

Most people see those wheels as rice, a basic rule of getting rims that people will accept is that if its multi lug its a bad choice. It is your car and I'm sure it is a decent company but I can't get over the multilug. You should check out wagenwheels.com before you commit to those.
ive got a set of motegi dpk's 18inch sitting in my basement that are NOT multilug i used to run nice wheels one got curbed and ic ant find a replacement. going to have to have it fixed before i sell them. http://mostwheels.com/wheeldetail.php?id=5903&c=39
